PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve analyzing precision by properly performing the stirring of an internal liquid at every reaction container. SOLUTION: A reader-writer device 27 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of a reaction table 19, and short distance radio communication is performed across the IC tag 223 mounted on a reaction container and the reader-writer device 27. Drive condition information 223b is housed in the memory of the IC tag 223 and the reader-writer device 27 reads the drive condition information 223b in a non-contact state to store the same in a memory part 47. Then, a control part 4 reads the drive condition information, which is read from the IC tag 223 of the reaction container in a stirring position, from the memory part 47 to output the same to a stirring device 23. In response to this, in the stirring device 23, a drive control circuit 231 controls the operation of a signal generator 233 according to the drive condition information inputted from the control part 4 to drive a surface acoustic wave element 225.
