PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a component constructed with a plurality of parts joined together is fixed to a mechanism member while fastening torque is applied to a component joint portion with too much fastening of a fixing nut to occasionally give damage to the component joint portion. SOLUTION: In this component fixing method, there are provided a cylindrical screw portion structure having a thread engraved in the outer periphery, a first nut screwed along the thread in the outer periphery of the screw portion structure, a frame having a hole whose diameter is larger than that of the screw portion structure, and a second nut for holding the frame between the first nut and itself. When a thread portion of the screw portion structure is fixed to the frame, the frame is held between the first nut and the second nut and fixed therewith. This prevents the application of stress to the component joint portion during fastening the nuts and ensures fixation of the component without giving damage to the component.
