PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain clogging caused by a step part for regulating excess insertion of a connection piping in a slide joint. SOLUTION: The connection structure 10 for connecting a drain pipeline 2 and a flow-in part 7 of a catch basin 3 is provided with the slide joint 11, and an insertion pipe 12 inserted into the slide joint 11. The slide joint 11 is provided with a straight pipe part 21 having an opening on one end side, and a bent pipe part 22 continued to the other end side of the straight pipe part 21. A length X of the straight pipe part 21 is longer than a length (h) of a joining margin of the insertion pipe 12. When the insertion pipe 12 is inserted through the opening of the straight pipe part 21, one end of the insertion pipe 12 is abutted to an inner wall surface part of the bent pipe part 22, and further intrusion is restricted.
