PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle device increasing a degree of freedom in design of layout, and keeping accuracy of a gear pitch of a gear train high by improving ease of assembly and assembly accuracy. SOLUTION: The throttle device has: a plurality of throttle valves 4-1, 4-3; a throttle shaft 8-2 connecting the throttle valves 4-1, 4-3 disposed to each bank of a V-engine; a motor; and the gear train G. In the throttle device, the motor and the gear train G is arranged in an area surrounded by a plurality of throttle bodies 2-1, 2-3, cylindrical bosses 2a-2d are projected from portions penetrated by a throttle shaft 8-2 of an outer peripheries of the throttle bodies 2-1, 2-3 disposed to each bank, a part of a bearing 10 supporting the throttle shaft 8-2 is fitted in a recess part of the cylindrical boss 2c, and a through hole of the gear case 12 housing the gear train G is fitted to the outer periphery of the bearing 10 at a portion projected from the cylindrical boss 2c.
