PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate assembling structure and a plate used therefor reducing the number of parts to simplify an assembling process and excellent in joint strength in assembling. SOLUTION: The plate 1 is formed of a plane plate such as a metal plate, resin plate, glass plate or wooden plate. The plate 1 is provided with a projecting part 2, a body part 3, a recessed part 4, a reinforcing part 5, and a fixed part 6 in this order from one end side. The projecting part 2 and the recessed part 4 are partially formed to have the same shape. Specifically, the shape formed by a first face 2a, a second face 2b and a third face 2c of the projecting part 2 is the same as the shape formed by a first face 4a, a second face 4b and a third face 4c of the recessed part 4.
