发明名称 ELEVATOR ABNORMALITY DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator abnormality diagnostic system capable of taking countermeasures for the next maintenance and check, preventing any failure in advance, and suppressing the call-out number of maintenance staff by predicting the timing leading to a failure in an early stage. SOLUTION: A primary diagnostic device 20 and a secondary diagnostic device 30 are provided on an elevator 10 side and on a monitoring center 31 side, respectively. The primary diagnostic device 20 detects any symptom of abnormality while collecting the data of each apparatus, periodically transmits the data of each apparatus to the monitoring center 31, and immediately sends information on the apparatus from which any symptom of abnormality is detected and transmits the data. The secondary diagnostic device 30 saves the data of each apparatus in the database 34, and predicts the timing of any failure of each apparatus from the history of the data. When the failure timing of any apparatus is close, the maintenance staff is called. While the apparatus is not failed before the next maintenance and checking, the maintenance staff is not called to reduce the call-out number of the maintenance staff. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
