PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet post-treatment device capable of automatically cleaning a matching member at a necessary timing without using any exclusive cleaning means and preventing defective matching of paper sheets in advance. SOLUTION: The paper sheet post-treatment device receives paper sheets discharged from an image forming device and stores them on a matching tray 20, and staples them by a stapler 16. The paper sheets fed onto the matching tray 20 are matched one by one in the direction of an arrow B' by a matching paddle 22 so that ends thereof are regulated by a reference stopper 21. A stapled paper sheet bundle is held by rollers 31a, 31b and discharged into a paper discharge tray. On the other hand, the paper sheet bundle matched on the matching tray 20 at the predetermined timing is held and fixed by the rollers 31a, 31b to turn the matching paddle 22. Foreign matters deposited on the matching paddle 22 can be removed and cleaned from a surface of the paper sheet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
