PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen moisture absorbing pouch having high gas barrier properties to oxygen, steam or the like, having a high catching function to oxygen and moisture existing or generated in the packaging pouch, and excellent as a pouch for storing an electronic component or the like. SOLUTION: The oxygen water moisture pouch uses a moisture absorbing laminated body and an oxygen absorbing laminated body. The moisture absorbing laminated body (a) consists of a moisture absorbing resin film comprising a resin composition including a substrate film (i), a barrier thin film layer (ii) and a drying agent (iii). The oxygen absorbing laminated body (b) consists of an oxygen absorbing resin film comprising a resin composition including a substrate film (i), a barrier thin film layer (ii), an oxidative resin (iii) and the like.
