PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in tone when transferring to traveling additional sound from notifying sound when a vehicle reaches prescribed vehicle speed. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left speakers 12 are provided at a front end part 10A of the vehicle 10. Each of the speaker 12 is connected to a control device 14 provided in an engine room 10B of the vehicle 10. The control device 14 is connected to a vehicle speed sensor 16. The control device 14 is provided with a notifying sound generating device and a notifying sound generating device. When the vehicle is traveling and the vehicle speed is a prescribed value or less based on the vehicle speed data detected by the vehicle speed sensor 16, simulation tire noise notifying sound having the same tone as tire noise as notifying sound notifying an approach of the vehicle to walkers to be notifying objects outside the vehicle is produced in sound from the speakers 12.
