PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a support to be easily arranged inside a tire when assembling a run-flat tire rim assembly. SOLUTION: A groove 44 extends in a direction of inclining to the circumference so as to allow each bead part 46 to enter thereinto. The groove is provided in a shell 28 of a support 16, arranged inside a pneumatic tire 14, so as to be opened at both axial sides of the shell 28. A part of one bead part of the pneumatic tire 14 is inserted into one end of the groove 44 of the support 16. Then, the support 16 is rotated to allow the bead part to advance toward the other end side of the groove 44 and to allow the support 16 to move toward the inside direction of the pneumatic tire 14 in an axial direction. Finally, the bead part 46 is detached from the other end of the groove 44 so as to allow the support 16 to be arranged inside the pneumatic tire 14. Accordingly, the support 16 and the pneumatic tire 14 have a relationship like that of a screw (the groove 44 is a thread groove) and a nut (each bead part is a screw thread).
