PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously attain weight reduction in a support structure for supporting a seat cushion of a vehicular seat on a floor surface and an improvement in support strength. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat is provided by arranging the seat cushion 1 being a seating part on the floor surface F of a vehicle. The support structure for supporting the seat cushion 1 on the floor surface F, is arranged in respective fore-and-aft locations between the seat cushion 1 and the floor surface F. Out of these, the support structure arranged in a front side location is constituted by arranging a plate-like support member 2 composed of a synthetic resin in a rising shape between a skeleton body 1A of the seat cushion 1 and the floor surface F. This synthetic resin support member 2 is formed in a hollow closed cross-sectional shape of a laterally long shape in a cross section vertical to its erection direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
