摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive part conveying robot capable of correctly recognizing objects, and a sequential part supply system using the robot. SOLUTION: A part conveying robot 1 which arranges parts a to c of an assembling object in an assembling sequence on a part supply portion 54 comprises a travelling portion 2 which can travel by itself on a track 55 laid along a line on which a plurality of containers 60a to 60c are disposed in parallel; arms 4, 5 which are movably connected to a body 3 provided on the travelling portion and have part holding portions at their tips; a first detecting portion which is provided at the arm and detects positions of the containers in relation to a track direction; a second detecting portion which is also provided at the arm and detects positions of parts arranged in the containers in relation to the direction perpendicular to the track; and a control portion to control the movement of the travelling portion and the arm based on detecting results of the first and/or second detecting portions.
