PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating drainage which is capable of enhancing the mixing efficiency of an acid drainage and an alkaline aqueous solution with a simple mechanism, and which is capable of easily conducting the maintenance and check-up at an inexpensive cost. SOLUTION: The apparatus for treating drainage is provided with a reaction tank 14 which causes the neutralization reaction by mixing an acid aqueous solution and an alkaline aqueous solution, an acid introduction pathway 13 to introduce the acid aqueous solution into the reaction tank, and an alkali introduction pathway 15 to introduce the alkaline aqueous solution into the same tank. Further a mixing promotion part 23 having a network structure is installed at the confluence of the acid aqueous solution introduced from the acid introduction pathway in the reaction tank and the alkaline aqueous solution introduced from the alkali introduction pathway.
