PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a diagnostic interpretation object image and a case image in such a form that a diagnostic interpretation person can easily compare them with each other. SOLUTION: The medical image processing system comprises: a featured value information storage part for storing a range that an image featured value in the image of a lesion can take while being associated with the lesion; a diagnostic interpretation object image acquisition part for acquiring the diagnostic interpretation object image which is the image of a diagnostic interpretation object including the image of the lesion; a change image generation part for generating a plurality of change images in which the image featured value in the image of the lesion is different from that of the case image by changing the image featured value in the image of the lesion included in the case image of the lesion within the range stored by the featured value information storage part while associating it with the lesion; a matching degree calculation part for calculating the matching degree of image contents between the plurality of change images generated by the change image generation part and the image of the lesion included in the diagnostic interpretation object image respectively; and an output part for preferentially outputting lesion information indicated by the original case image used for generating the change image for which the matching degree calculation part calculates the higher matching degree together with the diagnostic interpretation object image.
