APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING PITCH OF BUFFER TRAY AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSFERRING SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES USING THE BUFFER TRAY

An apparatus for adjusting pitch of buffer tray and an apparatus for transferring semiconductor devices using the buffer tray are provided to improve the stability of the test handler by decreasing the weight of the picker system. A guide member guides a unit buffer tray(22) to the pitch direction of a buffer tray(20). A pitch setting plate(120) is arranged adjacent to the buffer tray to be mobile to a vertical direction of the pitch direction of the buffer tray. The pitch setting plate includes a plurality of orbits extended to the different directions in order to control the pitch of the unit buffer trays. A plurality of connecting members(130) are arranged along the orbits to be mobile. The guide member is arranged on the base plate(102) and comprises a plurality of block(112) for supporting the unit buffer trays.
