An oil-containing cleaning tool, a manufacturing method, and a device for manufacturing the same are provided, which improves washing effect and enables to use the cleaning tool for a long time. An oil-containing cleaning tool comprises a handle part and a mop part adhered to the other end of the handle part. In the mop part, the oil is contained. The manufacturing device of the oil-containing cleaning tool comprises: a mixer(10) forming the mixed solution of the water, the oil, and the antifoaming agent and emulsifier; a mixer(20) which puts the mixed solution and cleaning mop together and agitates them; a dehydrator(30) removing moisture from the mop in which the oil is contained; and a drier(40) drying the dehydrated mop. |
