A preheating device for the drying furnace of a coating plant is provided to reduce energy by using the waste heat generated from an RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) of a coating plant. A preheating device for the drying furnace of a coating plant comprises an RTO(200) which oxidizes and decomposes the smoke containing the volatile organic oxides generated from a plurality of heating chambers at a high temperature so as to discharge it together with the waste heat through a vent stack; a damping chamber(11) controlling the flow of the waste heat; a preheating unit(13) heating the waste heat if the temperature of the waste heat is lower than a preset temperature; a transfer device(15) transferring the waste heat with a temperature more than a preset temperature to the preheating chamber; a temperature sensor(17) detecting the temperature of the waste heat to output the signal; and a control part(19). |
