A freezing prevention method using waste tire is provided to reduce traffic accident by thawing easily frozen parts of road. A freezing prevention method using waste tire comprises steps of: (S11) taking away the waste tire; (S12) separating the waste tire taken away to thread and bead; (S13) cutting only the separated thread to constant interval; (S14) removing rubber coated onto both ends of the bead and the thread; (S15) coating fly and bead wire protruded in both ends of the bead and the thread; (S16) connecting the coated part of the bead wire and the fly; (S17) laying the connected thread and the bead under the road; and (S18) applying power source of the connected bead and thread. |
