<p>A data communications method and an apparatus thereof using a voice channel solving a problem that transfer efficiency at a section in which the voice activity is low falls down are provided to maximize the transmission efficiency of the voice channel. Data transfer apparatus using a voice channel produces a voice frame to a predetermined TTI(Transmission Time Interval). An apparatus determines whether to insert predetermined data stored in advance into the voice frame(S830). In case the insertion of data is possible, the apparatus reorganizes the voice frame(S840). The voice frame which is re-organized is transmitted from the apparatus through the voice channel(S850).</p> |
