An aquarium apparatus and equipping method are provided, which supply all kinds of the aquatic livings with various and free play spaces and enable three dimensional viewing. An aquarium apparatus comprises: an aquarium(1) of siphon water tub structure(2); an irrigation pipe(23) which is combined with an opening and closing member preventing injection of the bubble or the air while preventing outflow of earth and sand; a bubble elimination part(10) mounted on the top end portion of the siphon water tub structure; and an underwater water pumping member(11) making the operation of the siphon smooth by filling the water while removing the bubble or the air.
