PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a preferable printing operation, to miniaturize a pump as a whole, and to improve pump efficiency. SOLUTION: The pump comprises a roller rotation limiting surface 65a elongating in the circumferential direction, an ink vacuuming flow opening 72 provided side by side with the roller rotation limiting surface 65a in the roller rotation direction, a pump frame 61 having an ink ejecting flow opening 73, a roller 62 provided in the pump frame 61 rotatably along the rotation limiting surface 65a, an elastically deformable roller receiving surface member 63 provided in the roller 62 radial direction, having a roller receiving surface for receiving the rotation force of the roller 62, and a cover film 64 comprising a flexible member, fixed on the roller receiving surface member 63, for forming an ink channel 80 communicating with both flow openings 72, 73.
