METHOD FOR STANDARD-LESS REVEAL OF LOCATIONS OF PLACEMENT OF DEFECTS IN METAL PARTS THAT INCLUDE DEFECTS

The invention relates to area of non-destructive control. Method for standard-less reveal of locations of placement of defects in metal parts that include defects is in sounding metal part with pulses of ultrasonic vibrations and reception of reflected signals of ultrasonic vibrations from bottom or any facet of part and from defect. One compares amplitudes of received reflected signals of ultrasonic vibrations, with determination of given amplitude ratio for received reflected signals of ultrasonic vibrations from bottom or any facet of part and defect. One registers on controlled part reflected signals in those points of part being controlled where given amplitude ratio takes place only. One registers as well time in which signals have come to registration point, with measurement of rate of propagation of ultrasonic vibrations in part, and after that location of placement of defect in metal part is calculated in automated mode. Technical result of the invention is in increase of rate and accuracy of reveal of places of location of defects in metal parts.
