<p>A high efficient solar cell including nano particle layer and fabrication method thereof is provided to improve the efficiency of photoelectric conversion by arranging a solar cell on one of the surface of the transparent substrate, between of the transparent substrate and laminated structure, and between of laminated structures. In a high efficient solar cell including nano particle layer and fabrication method thereof, a nano-particle layer is formed on more than one of a transparent substrate(200), between of the lamination structure and lamination structure and it is photosensitized by light. The solar battery is selected from one of groups composed of a thin film type silicon solar battery, a thin film type compound solar battery, an organic polymer solar battery, a dye sensitized solar cell. The lamination structure is composed of more than a photoelectric transformation layers, an electrode layer and a transparent electrode layer or the reflecting layer.</p> |
