PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead cushion which shows an excellent texture by a deformation following property of the cushion because of the stretchability of a knitted fabric and gives a cool feeling because of the knitted fabric shielding from near infrared rays. SOLUTION: An outer cover of the bead cushion is constituted of the knitted fabric which is made from polyester fiber and polyurethane elastic fiber with a flattening degree equal to or more than 3, shows specific air permeability, specific near infrared ray penetration efficiency, a specific stretch ratio, a specific stretch recovery ratio, a specific near infrared ray reflectance, and a specific stretchability, and has a metallic film attached to the right surface and/or the wrong surface.
