The friction disks are intended for guaranteeing the required efficiency of braking of friction mechanisms - friction clutches. A method of manufacturing friction disks with openings is carried out in a mold of hot molding, where the molding signs are pressed on the working surface of punch in the places of future openings. Realization of the method in disclosed totality and sequence of procedures provides for reaching efficient and complete forming of friction disks with openings and, as a result, exclusion of additional operation of drilling the rivet holes. As a whole this is accompanied by increase of output and indices of the efficiency of process due to reduction of labor intensivness and energy output of manufacturing process. |
