A door switching device for a building including a secondary lock is provided to more adamantly maintain the locked state of door by locking an exit with a door locker which is a main locker and the secondary lock as the same time. A door switching device for building comprises: a door(3) installed in a door frame(1) to be opened and closed with in a hinge type; a direction diverter(12) installed in the door switching device to be interlocked by controlling an outer and inner grip; and a door locker(6) opening and canceling the exit according to the operation of the direction diverter at the exit besides the door locker one side. |
