The invention is based on a boxed striking plate (1) mounted in the inner portion of a lock housing (5). Said boxed striking plate (1) is assembled by one end portion thereof to a conventional handle (7) through which the locking action is manually actuated. A sliding piece (2) located at the inner portion of the boxed striking plate (1) is related to a blocking mobile member (3) through which the aluminum profile (12) is fastened to the corresponding window or door. A screw (4) mounted in a tilted manner over the boxed striking plate (1) is actuated over the sliding piece (2) through which the mobile blocking member is displaced (3), thus provoking the mobile blocking member to exert a pressure over the profile (12) in order to fasten the locking arrangement thereto (12). The tilted arrangement of the screw (4) originates, upon being actuated by the head thereof, an ascending and descending motion (depending to the spinning direction of said screw (4)) of the sliding piece (2) in order to establish a higher o lower pressure of the mobile blocking member (3) bevel edge (10) against the profile (12).
