A cast control device of both bearing reels is provided, which can prevent the foreign material from entering the handle member. A cast control device of both bearing reels is constituted as follows. A spool is braked by inserting both ends of the spool axis pivotally supported into the reel body. The spool is equipped with a friction plate(41a), a screw member(43), a handle member(42), and a coming-out prevention member(44). The friction plate is the plate shape which is arranged in the reel body in order to be in contact with one end of the spool axis. The coming-out prevention member prevents a handle member from coming out of the reel body.
