A generating method using a heat source of a heat pump is provided to secure the heat of waste gas as mush as possible after driving a turbine. A plurality of boilers and turbine generators are driven by the heat of a condenser, wherein gas pressure and internal temperature become lower from a first boiler to a third boiler so that waste gas from a previous one is supplied to a next one of the boilers. The first boiler is received heat from a condensed solution to drive a turbine and waste gas thereof is compressed by a compressor.
