PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable communication terminal equipment, capable of controlling plural different functions by the number of times of continuously supplied vibrations, without having to perform complex operations by an input device or the like. SOLUTION: By a vibration sensor 2, the vibrations supplied to this portable communication terminal equipment are sensed, and vibration signals which are electric signals are sent out to a vibration number-of-times measurement part 3. In the vibration number-of-times measurement part 3, the number of times of the vibrations supplied to the portable communication terminal equipment are measured by the vibration signals sent out, and the information of the measured number of times of the vibrations is sent out to a system control part 1. Then, by the system control part 1, a function allocation table 4a inside a memory is referred to from the vibration sent out number-of-times information, and the equipment as a whole is controlled, so as to perform the function allocated corresponding to the number of times of vibrations.
