A method for wash rectification in production of ethyl alcohol, where at the expense of new actions, subsequence of their realization, connection of the process parameters, the finished product of increased quality according to organoleptic values with the yield no less than 98.5 % is obtained. The heat loss during wash rectification is decreased by 9.4 kg/ gall of open steam, respectively, the specific flow of natural gas - to 4.0 m/ dal during the production, the demand of quenching water is decreased by 10 %, the rate of decontamination is increased. |
