METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING TRICHOMONIASIS

A method for diagnosing trichomoniasis comprises the isolation of trichomonads from the biologic material and their culture followed by phase contrast microscopy. Protozoa are cultured in microincubator mounted in microscope in the sealed microchambers. The video system with the movement detector allows for accelerating the diagnosis and recording the findings.
