<p>The device (1) has a coil core (10) with an immersion piece (8) including a section (16) having a step-like increased or decreased cross section opposite to adjacent sections (18, 20). The core covers the section (16) with an electrical coil (4) and one of the two adjacent sections with another electrical coil (6) in a normal position of the core. The section (16) with a part of the coil (6) and the other adjacent section with a part of the coil (4) are covered in a position of the core other than the normal position.
