A manhole repairing filling layer and a method for constructing the manhole are provided to improve durability and convenience by constructing a surface layer with a PS ball which is a steel slug. A method for constructing the manhole comprises a step of cutting an upper part of a manhole(30) and a frame(31) with a cutter for a road surface; a step of putting a ring type gusset plate(34) on the cut manhole and the cut section(33) including only the frame; a step of putting the kept manhole frame on the gusset plate and controlling height with a PC ball and MMA resin; a step of constructing a surface layer with 60~80% of PC ball made of Steel slug, 0.1~4% of distribution pulp for paper and fiber, 5~20% of fine aggregate whose width is within 2~4mm and 1~8% of Reinforced fiber on the outer cut section of the frame; and a step of minimizing air gap on a road surface with vibrator. |
