A method for detecting DNA is provided to detect the gene in the biomolecule detecting apparatus by using the ionic strength of the single strand gene after removing impurities generated in the PCR amplification process and denaturing the gene by heating, thereby reducing the time required to the purification process. The method for detecting DNA comprises the steps of: injecting the sample including the adsorbent vehicle in which the gene is absorbed into the chamber of the biomolecule detecting apparatus(S20, S30); removing impurity by washing the sample within the chamber(S40); denaturing the gene by adding the heat to the sample(S50); and detecting the gene in the sample by using the biomolecule detecting apparatus(S60).
