A prefabricated fence with a lighting device is provided to indicate the fence boundary in the nighttime, thus preventing accidents. A prefabricated fence with a lighting device comprises an illumination main body(41) in which a capacitor is mounted, a solar cell panel(42) sending the electricity generated from sunlight to the capacitor, a lighting part(43) operated to emit light by the electricity generated by the solar cell panel, a support protrusion with step grooves on both sides, a frame member(56) including a net(58), a bracket member(30) covering the frame member, and a connection member(16) fixing the bracket member to the support projection.
