Polymer composite particles are provided to minimize the stimulus to the skin, to show excellent sun protection effect, and to increase the dispersion stability of particles itself. Polymer composite particles comprise (a) polymer particles polymerized with a radical polymeric monomer and a multifunctional crosslinking monomer and (b) the hybrid of sunburn cream. The weight ratio of a radical polymeric monomer and a multifunctional crosslinking monomer is 5 ~ 95 : 95 ~ 5.
