The invention relates to microwave equipment used for heat treatment of products and variety of dielectric materials. A microwave oven comprises a control console, a generator, a working chamber, a loading unit, a ballast absorber located inside the working chamber, a body, a ventilator located in the body and having output directed to the generator, an irradiator having output located in the working chamber and directed to the ballast absorber, and a wave guide, input of which is connected with generator output, wave guide output is connected to irradiator input, the control console is connected to the generator and the ventilator. An air conduit, a guiding grid, heat-exchange plates inserted in the ballast absorber located from the back of it and being located in the air conduit on the air flow way are also brought in the said oven. Air conduit input is connected to ventilator second output, air conduit output is connected to input of a guiding grid, output of which is entered into the working chamber to direction of heated sample. The oven provides high power saving when products are heated due to effective use of ballast energy and heat exchange between the ballast absorber and a products sample. |
