A nano-ion spray apparatus is provided to infiltrate the active ingredient of lotion into the face skin or hair and to reduce the waste of lotion by using less amount of the lotion. A nano-ion spray apparatus comprises: a storage(10) in which solution is stored; a nano-unit for making the solution stored within the storage into particles; a main body(20) which is connected to the storage and in which an opening is formed so that the nano-particle can come out of the leading end; and a filter which is installed at the opening of the main body and filters the solution except for the nano-particles.
