A construction structure using a PC member and a construction method using the same are provided to reduce time for constructing, to improve quality of construction and to make the construction operation facilitated. A construction structure using a PC member comprises: a PC member(10) which is for a wall perpendicularly built in a corresponding construction position; a PC wall(1) which is which is the PC members for slab horizontally connecting with the PC members for the wall; and a PC slab(2) set up in order to partition off inter-layer.
