A magnetic clutch for mounting the manual transmission is provided that the speed change vibration is minimized and the ride comfort is improved. A magnetic clutch for mounting the manual transmission comprises a lining drive unit(100) adhered to and separated from lining clutch rotor installed at stator. The lining drive unit includes a lining presser portion(300) pressurizing lining to the inner circumference of the clutch rotor, and a lining operating unit(200) which pulls lining in order to separate the clutch rotor from lining. The lining presser portion includes a pressurization block(310) installed at one side of the stator which is the inner side of lining, a pressure spring(320) which is installed at the pressurization block and pressurizes lining, and a pressing piece(330) which is installed at the end part of the pressure spring and contacts lining.
