A pumping device installed in a water supply pipeline is provided to simplify disassembling thereof and restrain damage by absorbing vibration generated during the operation of an underwater pump. An underwater pump(130) is mounted in a main body(110) to be supported in the traverse direction along an inner path and pumps water introduced via a first water pipe(220) to a second water pipe(230). The main body is coupled between the first and second water pipes and has a main housing(112) and a relay housing(120). An elastic supporting part(140) is mounted between the underwater pump and the main housing and elastically supports the underwater pump to be separated from the bottom surface of the main housing.
