A support for establishing road traffic facilities are provided to minimize traffic congestion when being cleaned and repaired in a state that does not occupy a road. A support for establishing road traffic facilities comprises a support main body(110) made of a cylindrical shape to set up road traffic facilities on the top end portion; a fixture(120) inserted and set up the bottom part of the support main body in order to rotate the support main body; flanges(112,122) installed in the reciprocity facing part of the support main body and fixture; fixing holes formed in order to the reciprocity be corresponded to flange and a fixing member fixing the fixture and support main body with a bolt and nut through the fixing holes.
