An insulating material fixing assembly of an aluminum mold comprises a pin part(11) passing through the aluminum mold and insulating material; an intimate piece(12) which is integrally formed in the upper end of this pin part and adheres closely to the upper side of the insulating material; a fixation pin(10) having a wedge hole(13) penetrated into the bottom part of the pin part in the horizontal direction and a wedge(20) which is inserted into the wedge hole and adheres the aluminum mold and insulating material.
