An inner panel made of yellow soil is provided to prepare an indoor living space always maintaining agreeable circumstances by providing profitable function for a human body and nature texture to a human. An inner panel made of yellow soil comprises a supporting plate selected from a corrugate sheet, a chip board, a plywood and a natural binder impregnation felt sheet; a bonding layer with natural glue selected from selected from milk casein, glue, and alkynes acid sodium; and a surface layer made by adhering a veneer being embossed or a pattern on a paper board to the bonding layer.
