<p>The invention describes a floating, connectable biological bog plant filter for purifying surface water, comprising a housing having one or more water inlets, which housing is filled with a substrate suitable for bog plants, one or more floating elements fastened to or integrated in the housing, a pump in a pump housing and means for coupling the bog plant filter with adjacent bog plant filters or anchoring it to the bottom or bank of the surface water, characterized in that the one or more water inlets are situated below the level of the water surface and above the level of the substrate and that at the bottom of the substrate a drainage system is provided for collecting filtered surface water, which drainage system is connected to the pump housing.</p> |
