A tracking module device and an intelligent building management system are provided to diagnose problems of an alarm notification function and immediately inform an operation of the problem when an alarm can not be notified to the operator any mode due to a fault of an alarm notification function of the intelligent building system for notifying the alarm in real time. In an apparatus for informing an error generated within an intelligent building system, the apparatus comprises the followings. A receiver(300) senses an alarm which is generated when an error or a fault occurs in facilities installed within a building or receives a delivered alarm. The transmit unit(310) transmits the sensed alarm or information about the facility where the alarm is generated. A period controller transmits a signal informing the fact that the apparatus is normally operated, according to predetermined periods. |
