A catalytic converter is provided to prevent erosion of the support mat and improve the endurance whereby the housing has uniform and accurate circularity and has no seam. A catalytic converter comprises a housing and two or more catalysts which are mounted in respective catalyst mounting parts of the housing and wound with a support mat. The housing includes a cylindrical body(10), two or more catalyst mounting parts integrally form on the front and rear sides of the cylindrical body, one or more reinforced parts(11) integrally formed between the catalyst mounting parts, and cone-shaped parts(10a,10b) integrally formed on both ends of the cylindrical body through spinning. The reinforced part and the catalyst mounting part have different inside diameters. A connection part(11a) between the reinforced part and the cylindrical part and a protruding part(10c,10d) between the cone-shaped part and the cylindrical body have an angle of 30~60°.
