An installation for the thermal destruction of organic raw material comprises pyrolysis furnace, the catalyst column, rectifying column, support hardware, connected by conduits in the direction of flowing of gas-vapor mixture. The catalyst column is made in a form of tube shell, the cylindrical jacket of which is hermetically connected with the inner tube, placed in it in alignment. Along the perimeter of the tube the planes of netted paling are located, which form the chamber, which is on 9/10 filled up with high-porous grains. The components in a form of molybdenum and cobalt compounds are applied on aluminum oxide. At that the inner tube is furnished with collets and connected with manifold of gas-vapor mixture, out flowing form the pyrolysis furnace, and with the common manifold of the system. The jacket of catalyst column is furnished with jets for forced air cooling of the catalyst, and also with the temperature compensator, hard-mounted on it. The inner tube is furnished with two jets, rigidly connected with it, into which the thermal converters for the temperature control of the process are twisted-in. |
