TECHNIQUE FOR MECHANICAL SEGMENTAL GASTRIC RESECTION IN ACUTE BLEEDING ULCERS

摘要

A technique for the mechanical segmental gastric resection in the acute bleeding ulcers comprises the cross-section of the stomach with the linear suturing device with the generation of gastro-gastroanastomosis with sparing innervation of pylorus. The gastric stump is rotated ventrally by 45° generating the circular gastro-gastroanastomosis. The resected part of the stomach is cut obliquely with the linear suturing device 'Proximat-75'.
